Anthony Pratt

Anthony Pratt is Global Chairman of Pratt/Visy Industries, one of the world’s largest privately-owned packaging, paper and recycling companies.

Pratt Industries employs 4000 people in the USA and a further 5500 in Australasia. Group sales exceed $US3 billion. Pratt has been named Australia’s leading company for environmental performance four times since 2000.

Anthony graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, with a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) in 1983. After graduation he joined the consulting firm of McKinsey & Co, before joining Visy.

In 1991 he moved to the United States to spearhead the family’s business expansion into America, where he built Pratt Industries USA into a billion-dollar company which now employs more US citizens than any other Australian company.

In 2007 he made a commitment at President Clinton’s Global Initiative in New York City to invest $1 billion in clean energy and recycling infrastructure over the next 10 years.

Anthony is firmly committed to environmental causes, and he and the company have been honored by environmental leaders such as former Vice President Al Gore, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Ted Turner, the Climate Group and Global Green for spreading the word that recycling is an important weapon against climate change.

Anthony also sits on the National Board of the Muhammad Ali Museum and Education Center in Louisville, Kentucky, and is active in numerous charity organizations throughout the US and Australia.

He divides his time between Melbourne and Atlanta, where Visy and Pratt are headquartered respectively, with his partner Claudine Revere and their two children.

Brian McPheely

Chief Executive Officer

Brian McPheely

Brian McPheely began his career in the packaging industry as a sales representative. He later held increasingly responsible positions in sales, marketing, manufacturing and general management with The Georgia Box Group, which was acquired by Pratt Industries in the mid-1990s. Brian served as President of the Georgia Box Division from 1995-1999 before leaving to serve Visy Industries in Australia as General Manager of Specialty Packaging. He returned to the United States as Pratt’s Chief Operating Officer in 2004 and in 2009 was named Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for all aspects of the North American company including containerboard, corrugated products, technology and recycling.

Brian earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management and Visual Arts from Albion College in Albion, Michigan.

David Dennis

Vice-President of Sales & Marketing

David Dennis

David Dennis is Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Pratt Industries, and leads the company’s overall sales and marketing strategies for sustainable packaging solutions. Prior to joining Pratt in late 2007, David served as Director of North American Sales for Sonoco Products Company. His 24-year tenure with Sonoco included an array of sales and operations executive leadership positions throughout North America. David has been recognized for his innovative strategies with talent management, solution-focused sales methodologies and aggressive profitable sales growth.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Clemson University.

David resides in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.

David Wiser

Chief Financial Officer

David Wiser

David Wiser joined Pratt Industries in May of 1999 as an Internal Auditor. In December that same year, he went on to become Assistant Controller in the Converting Division. In June of 2002, David became the Controller for the company’s Valparaiso location. After 18 months as plant controller, he was promoted to Controller for the Corrugating Division. Then, in December 2004, he was promoted to VP-Accounting and subsequently CFO in 2005. David holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from The University of Georgia.
