FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain and repair industrial converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including conveyors, gearboxes, and power transmissions.
- Perform daily preventive maintenance and welding to optimize machine performance and uptime.
- Diagnose technical faults and execute precision repairs on bearings, seals, and drive components
- Communicate with teammates to meet daily production goals

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of prior manufacturing experience, corrugated industry preferred (not required).
- Electrical and mechanical experience.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset.
