Philanthropy
Pratt Industries believes in
giving back to the community – whether to our neighbors next
door or strangers on the other side of the world.
Since the company first came to America almost 20 years ago,
Pratt has donated money, time and resources to a myriad of
charities and relief funds – from funding programs to
educate less fortunate children here at home, to buying
tents for the earthquake-ravaged citizens of Pakistan to
helping to find a cure for AIDS.
It's a
tradition begun by Richard and Jeanne Pratt, the parents of
our CEO and Chairman. The Pratt
Foundation has given tens of millions of dollars since its
inception in 1978 and we are proud to continue that
tradition here in the United States.
We’re also proud to say that our employees, too, have backed
many of our philanthropic endeavors, raising money for
causes large and small.
Pratt Industries realizes it’s a great privilege to be
involved in activities which are aimed at enriching others’
lives. We support a wide range of charitable purposes – and
we encourage others to do what they can to help those in
need. |
