And we continue to expand -- we've just broken ground on our
third, 100% recycled mill in Shreveport, La., and have
recently completed a major $30 million upgrade to our
plant in Statesville, NC. We are also working on a
Waste-to-Energy facility at our Conyers mill which will
provide power needs for the paper-making process.
In all, we have committed to investing $1 billion in
recycling and waste-to-energy infrastructure over the next
10 years.
We also continue the search for acquisitions in the box
business that are a good fit with our company as well as
look to grow our paper making capacity. Pratt Industries is
also committed to recycling and the environment by
“harvesting the urban forest” to produce the industry’s best
packaging products.
