We
understand that the task of moving your product through the supply
chain and distribution channels to the retailer is complicated.
Today’s market forces demand customization, sustainability,
compressed lead times and performance perfection. At Pratt Display,
we take all the complexity and simplify it for you with our total
turnkey system. Our total turnkey system begins with our regional Centers of Excellence. Customer interface, design and project management is provided through our regional offices which are strategically located near our clients’ headquarters. State-of-the-art manufacturing is offered out of our three display plants. We feature seven color flexographic printing, flat bed die cutting, specialty folder/gluers, litho labeling, and single face litho laminating. Our roster of equipment is deep which ensures that we have the capacity to deliver on time, every time. Pratt Display assembles and co-packs our customer’s products in assembly plants located around the country. We have scalability that enables us to manage national product launches as well as customized short run items for regional retailers. Our capabilities include shrink wrap, carton erecting, labeling, on-packs, and RF sealing. We take the complexity out of your business by mapping your current supply chain process for displays, custom packs, and product reconfigurations and returning a system that improves speed-to-market and drives cost out through process change. Our on-line project management system WebCenter houses all the information about your project in one location so that you can check the status of your job at any time. |
